Cleaning & Care Instructions

• Wash separately at 30 degrees maximum (capacity 6kg or more)
• Use front load washing and dryer machine only. Avoid top load washing and dryer machine as fibres might get caught in the centrifuge and damage the rug
• Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent without bleach
• Tumble dry at low temperature. Do not leave the wet rug inside the washing machine as colours may run or stain
• Avoid continuous exposure to the sun
• Do not worry if lint appears as this is residue fibres produced during cutting
• During the first few days, sweep the rug with a stiff broom in the direction of the plush
• Use a vacuum cleaner regularly. We do not recommend the use of robot vacuum cleaners
• If you find a long or loose thread, cut it with scissors. Never pull it
• Keep away from fire
• Enjoy the rug and let your kids get messy!
• Rug pad is recommended to prevent slippage and provide additional support

Excellent quality gorgeous rugs, hiccups with delivery

Ok, so am updating my review after initially having some issues with delivery with 1 of the 5 rugs I ordered. First off, the rugs themselves are absolutely gorgeous and SO soft. Having kid-friendly non toxic rugs was extremely important to me. You can also clearly tell they are high quality. I ordered them for the nursery, the toddler bedroom, and our master bedroom. First shipment came quite quickly (sooner than expected), shipment from the second seller came a bit later but still on time. Had some confusion and delay on the final rug shipment and a lot of back and forth with Rugs By Roo (and the postal service not leaving a pick up card) but with help from Sandy, the owner, was finally able to get that rug as well. All in all, the rugs are gorgeous and amazing and I would order from Rugs By Roo again when the time comes.
