Their designers work side by side with 120 artisans who take care of every detail in an elaborate handmade process. I wanted to order the Lorena Canals Floor Cushions, but wasn't sure how long it would take to arrive. I phoned Rugs by Roo directly to find out. The person I spoke with was friendly, very helpful, and accommodating. I could have purchased this product elsewhere and paid a little less for shipping, but I wanted to support a company that seemed to really care about its products and their customers. I ended up purchasing two of the floor cushions. They arrived quickly and were exactly what I was looking for! I will definitely shop with Rugs by Roo again. :)
