On this collection page, you will find area rugs that we have deemed as Baby, Kid & Pet Friendly. What qualifies them for this category? Well, as parents of two young children and a dog, we have a checklist of our own!

First and foremost, they have to be made from all natural materials and non-toxic dyes. Harmful chemicals have no place in our home.

Secondly, they have to be washable. Let's be honest. We don't have time to police our kids all day nor do we want to. They should be able to "live" and play freely on their rugs without worrying about making a mess.

Thirdly, we want assurance that no child or forced labour was involved in the making of the rug.
