Life as it is with COVID-19

I was looking for a rug for my son that would be safe and free of toxins without sacrificing style. I landed on a 100% wool rug from Rugs by Roo and it is absolutely gorgeous. The quality is incredible as well. The owner, Sandy, offered excellent customer service and was very personable. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with Rugs by Roo, and I definitely plan on coming back for more!

Love that this chair is tested for chemicals and it's not toxic for kids, which is important to my family. Also love that the fabric unzips for easy cleaning, love that it can fold down into a little day bed. I would highly recommend this if you want something minimal design and easy to clean!

After looking through dozens of options, online for a rug in our sons room, we came across Rugs by Roo. We are so happy we found this company! They have lots of different options and patterns, and we also like the fact that the rug we chose was cotton and washable. Can’t express enough delight as we received the rings for baby’s nursery. The quality and customer service are both unmatched! Super soft and shaggy while nontoxic for baby - it’s all in the details and these rugs are perfect! And the fact the rugs can be machine washed is everything. Nursery is coming together!

The rug I originally received was a strange colour and very different to the photo. I started an online chat with Rugs by Roo and showed them the photo. They agreed it looked off, double-checked with the manufacturer, and confirmed it was not correct. They immediately sent a replacement rug—what was even more impressive was I didn’t have to follow up about anything! They took care of it all quickly and smoothly. The new rug was much better, and they said to donate the former rug to a local charity instead of sending it back. THAT is excellent customer service!! 10/10 would recommend. The rug itself is super cute, although a bit less saturated in colour than the photos shown above. Love the eco-friendly and social responsibility initiatives, too!

Our dear friend's selected this rug to have in their baby's nursery. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it shipped and my friends have shared that it's absolutely beautiful and just very soft and cozy. The perfect rug for their tiny human's new room.
