About the Material

This rug is made from 100% polyester yarn that has been spun from recycled soda bottles. The plastic soda bottles are melted into pellets to make the yarn that then gets woven into a rug. The yarn is smooth and soft giving the look and feel of wool with the durability of plastic. The rug is truly hard-wearing, machine washable and weather resistant. The material is also lightweight making it portable and easy to maintain.

Care Instructions

• Vacuum regularly
• Due to its lightweight nature, you can also give this rug a shake to remove dust and debris
• For heavier spills or dirt, throw the rug into a domestic washing machine on 30°C gentle cycle. Use mild detergent, if necessary
• Tumble dry on low heat in a domestic dryer or lay flat to dry
• Enjoy the rug and let your kids get messy!
• Rug pad is recommended to prevent slippage
