Her designs are stylish and practical — made from natural cotton, machine washable, and a new standard in the world of rugs and home textiles.

Today Lorena Canals works out of Barcelona and New York, with products handmade in their own facilities in India where they have full control over quality and best practices. Their designers work side by side with 120 artisans who handle every detail of an elaborate handmade process. The brand prides itself on quality at every step — from the finest raw materials to socially responsible labour practices. A nursery funded by the SAKULA PROJECT now has 120 boys and girls attending, and continues to grow year after year.
