Perfect match!

I ordered the rug for my new granddaughter's nursery. While she is too young to be down on the rug at this point, the rug looks just like the picture and matches the room colors / decor perfectly. A cotton rug is exactly what we wanted, for sustainability, gentleness on soft skin, and ease of care. We haven't tried washing it yet, but are happy that it can be done in the home washer. And Sandy has been super responsive!

Still haven’t received my rug

I ordered my rug over a month ago, in hopes it would be here in time for my baby to start crawling. I was impressed with the non-toxic handmade rug, which is why I chose Rugs By Roo. The tracking app Route, said my package was delivered to Illinois even though my address is Pennsylvania. I emailed customer support and they said it was wrong tracking number and gave me a new one. This new one just says “tracking not updating” or “getting info from carrier” for the past week. I emailed and called again and received no response. I honestly don’t know if I’ll ever get my rug that I spent $500+ on, so that’s disappointing. And I don’t know if I should start looking elsewhere or if I will get my rug soon because I’m not getting any responses.
