Our flat rates apply to area rugs only. Kids’ furniture may have different shipping costs. Shipping to non-contiguous U.S. states and territories, as well as to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, may also incur different rates.
For Canadian orders, all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are included in the flat rate upfront. You’ll never be surprised with extra bills at delivery.

Contiguous USA can take 2 to 5 business days for delivery depending on shipping address.
Shipments to non-contiguous USA and Armed Forces s can take 5 to 15 business days for delivery.
While we are a Canada based company, many of our items are stocked in the USA. Delivery to Canada can take 3–20 business days including customs clearance. During peak holiday season, customs clearance may be further delayed.
Lorena Canals Canadian orders are shipped twice a month. The cutoff dates are the 2nd & 4th Friday of every month. Total delivery time can take up to 20 business days including customs clearance.
As a specialty store focused on healthy, handmade artisan rugs, some collections may take longer than standard shipping timelines.
For wall-to-wall carpeting, it is important that your entire order comes from the same run to ensure consistency in color. For this reason, if there is insufficient quantity on hand for your order, it can take up to 16 weeks for production. Delivery time will be additional 5 to 15 business days.
