Life as it is with COVID-19

We hope everyone is staying healthy and safe during these uncertain times.  We know you're concerned and so are we.  Knowing that we're all in this together is somewhat comforting, don't you think?  We see this as an opportunity for families, friends and communities to grow a little closer since, as you know, we're probably all in the same boat - working from home and at wits' end with kids out of school.  

As an online retail store that sells a fun and joyful product, we hope that you do find joy shopping in our store amongst all the chaos.  We are trying our very best to keep all operations flowing and to continue to keep all stock levels updated. 

In an effort to be as transparent as possible and to not overpromise, we are currently assuming a 5 to 10 day delay in the fulfilment of all orders.  Our top priority is always the health and safety of our team because without our team, we cannot operate and serve you to our fullest.  Our team includes the employees of each of our partners who are spread out all around the world.  Depending on their location, some are impacted more than others.  Some have asked all their employees to work from home.  Some have kept their distribution team on site but with half the humanpower such that social distancing can be upheld as much as possible. 

We are trying our best to offer each of you a real time estimate of your shipment.  If you do have concerns about your order ship date, feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to find out details.  We appreciate your patience and understanding and of course, if these delays don't work for you, you always have the option of cancelling your order.  

Finally, from our home to yours, we wish you peace, joy, health and love.  And please continue to flatten the curve by implementing social distancing and keep washing your hands.
